Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.

Where orders ship from

DashTidy works with a fulfilment partner. Each product page says which warehouse that item ships from:

• US warehouse: 1–2 business days to pack, then usually 2–5 business days in transit.
• Overseas partner warehouse: 2–4 business days to pack, then usually 8–15 business days in transit.

The delivery window on each product page is worked out from that item's warehouse and carrier, counted in business days from the day you order. Orders placed after 2 pm start processing the next business day.

Estimates, not guarantees

Carrier delays, weather and holidays can push delivery past the estimate. If your order is more than 7 business days past the latest estimated date, contact us and we'll chase it, reship it or refund it.

Multiple packages

If your order contains items from different warehouses they will arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.
