Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

• Email support@dashtidy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer [edit if you choose to cover it].
